I preordered some merch and it ended up shipping way later than I thought it would, the updates were vague so I kept having to check on it myself and wonder what was going on, and while it did finally arrive in good condition, the whole waiting part was annoying.

I ordered a shirt a while back and I’m still kind of waiting on it. The tracking has barely updated, and the delivery date kept moving around, so I’m not really sure what’s going on. I reached out to support, but the replies were generic and didn’t clear much up. I do like the merch from what I’ve seen, but this whole shipping situation has been frustrating

They did fix the issue, so I appreciate that. It just took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. Overall, it worked out in the end, but the waiting around wasn’t great...

I’ve ordered before and felt like things used to be smoother. This time my order showed up damaged, and getting it sorted out took way more back and forth than I expected. I sent photos, waited around for replies, and the solution they offered wasn’t really all that helpful. I do still like the merch itself, but the customer service side felt slow and frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I’m probably not ordering again anytime soon.

I tried using a promo code on kaceymusgraves.com and it didn’t work the first time, which was kind of annoying. I refreshed the page and typed it in again and then it went through, so I guess it was fine? Checkout was smooth after that, even though it felt like the code should’ve just worked because I had it right the first time

It got to Germany quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The box was in good shape too, no issues there. Happy with it overall

I ended up having to cancel my order, and I was nervous about whether the refund would be a hassle. But to be fair, they handled it better than I expected. Support got back to me once, told me it had been processed, and the money was back in my account a couple days later. Say what you want, but not having to chase anyone down for my own refund was a big plus for me

The product pages were clear, the photos loaded without any issues, and I could find sizing and details without digging around. Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate. I ordered this t-shirt and it’s actually cute in person. The print is clear, and there wasn’t any weird smell when it arrived, which I appreciated. The fabric is thinner than I expected though, and after one wash it held up okay, but the fit is a little boxy. Overall, it’s not bad, just feels kind of average for the price.

The vinyl itself looks really nice, and I was excited to put it on, but after playing it through my setup, the sound was just kind of okay. It feels a little flat to me, like it’s missing some of the warmth or depth I was hoping for. I also noticed a bit of light crackling here and there, nothing super distracting or awful, but enough that I definitely picked up on it while listening. It’s not a terrible record by any means, and I’ll probably still play it from time to time, but I expected it to sound a bit cleaner overall.

I had to exchange a shirt for a different size, and while the process did work, the replies were "pretty slow." For a few days I wasn’t really sure what was going on, which was a bit frustrating. I did get the right size in the end, so it turned out okay, just not the "smoothest" experience.

The site was fine and my order showed up okay, so no real issues there. But the shipping cost was higher than I expected, and it kind of bugged me. I thought I was getting a decent deal, but then the shipping added up and made it feel less worth it. The order itself was fine, but that shipping price really took away from the whole thing

I like Kacey and some of the merch is really cute, but the prices felt steep for what you’re getting. Then shipping got added at checkout and the total was just too much, so I ended up backing out on a shirt I was going to buy. I also couldn’t really tell who’s actually responsible for the store/pricing, like whether it’s her team, a merch company, or someone else, which made it even more frustrating. Not awful, just doesn’t feel like a great value right now.

I really like how soft the fabric feels, it’s comfortable and nice against the skin. I did feel a little disappointed that it’s thinner than I expected, but overall it still feels good to wear.

I was really excited to grab the exclusive vinyl, but of course it sold out right before I could finish checking out. Such bad timing, and frustrating after getting that close
